That Change Step

IF CINDERELLA HAD HER GLASS SLIPPERS, Cinderthriller had its glass-encrusted Lipstick Heels. A treat from my fairy-god-Guardianis for wearing to the finale, the Lipstick Heel is Alberto Guardiani's first IT shoe before the Flutterby. Originally a solid pump with gold-cased lipstick heels, the shoe had been extended into a line of covetable versions since its launch. These ones, from the brand's Spring/Summer 2012 collection, come in a toe-capped black mesh upper with crystal-studded heels.

So how does a shoe which requires personality show off its own personality? By being able to change its colors as often as you do. Simply screw off the lipstick heel, choose a new lipstick shade and screw on tightly, keeping the base parallel with the sole. Do one, do both, up to you.

It's just like changing a light bulb but megawatts more glam.

There's red and a plummy pink as pictured, black, blue and gold. Which color would you wear out the most?

Gorgeous!!! HOw is the sizing for these shoes? Do they run true to size or slightly narrow? xoxo

The shoe is only slightly more narrow than -I'd compare to a popular closet standard- Zara.

But the pumps, whether in mesh or solid, do fit my feet like a glove with no pain even after hours of standing! :-)
