Those Sweet Cheeks

AS IF IT WEREN'T ENOUGH to win the hearts of women the world over with pretty pastries contained in equally pretty boxes and sold in pretty crowded shops, Ladurée extends its identity even further with a product line designed for caking up the face. In a good way.

Les Merveilleuses De Ladurée launches in Japan today; a makeup line borne out of a collaboration between French pastry brand Ladurée and Japanese cosmetic brand Albion. Featuring opulently-packaged products for the lips, cheeks and face, as well as a hand mirror, blusher brush, puff and sponge, there's no resisting the new offerings which, unlike the macarons, keep for longer than a few days and won't add inches to the waist.

Face color rose Ladurée, cheek brush, cream cheek base and pressed cheek color. See the full Les Merveilleuses De Ladurée line at www.lm-laduree.com
