That Old Flame

THE SOUND TAKES ME BACK TO THE 80's, to my four-year-old self who had just discovered and fallen in love with pop music. So if only for the nostalgia it brings me, I love this song.

Elevate that love into adoration, that's how I feel about the music video. The feeling, the style, the cinematography and art direction, the juxtaposition of the then and now, the subtle tension, the everything about it fills me with so much emotion as if I had watched a movie about a love gone cold. Or in this case, cool.
