That Sweet 19

HALFWAY THROUGH THE 19 CONTEST DAYS, I decided that I simply could not judge the entries all by myself. Seeing who entered which title, and having viewed them at different times while in different moods and states of mind, I needed a completely unbiased judgement outside of my own.

So I tapped two wonderful women, Patti Lecron and Rio Jorolan, both writers and residents of the perfume's country of origin, to co-judge with me by ranking their top threes of the 24 titles. Each title ranked at one would score 3, each ranked at two would score 2 and each one ranked at three would score 1. Along with my own top three picks, the highest scorer wins!

But first, the full list of entries:

And here, the finalists:

After some very impressive mathematical computations, I am glad to announce Kaity Chua's "That Sweet 19" as our winner! Congratulations Kaity for ranking number one and winning that bottle of N°19.

And thank you all for participating in my little contest! I hope it was as fun for you as it was for me.

The biggest merci goes to Patti Lecron of the insightful and educational A French Education, as well as Rio Jorolan of Paris in Hipstamatic, for being disqualified from joining the contest and taking precious December time to sift and sort through words.

To everyone, Happy Holidays!
