That Sky Over Berlin

THOUGHTS AND SECRETS and sorrow and regret, poetry, more poetry, or prose? Nothing puts you in the mood to mull and muse over life like Wim Wenders' wonderfully melancholy Wings of Desire.

To fall is one of the most human things. Yet when it hasn't happened, we fear it. And when it does, we hide it.

To fade, to fail, to flunk, to flop, falling makes us flawed.

It also makes us beautiful.
