EXACTLY A YEAR, A MONTH AND TEN DAYS AGO, I did a post featuring wild women illustrations by Riikka Sormunen which I accompanied with a passionate rant about US visa woes.
My having been denied one was a shame, as the trip was for a best friend's wedding. But it turned out to be a little bump that led to a holiday in Paris so who am I to complain?
Coming upon Riikka Sormunen's latest work today compelled me to post them. Possessing qualities that are softer, sultrier, less... vehement, it's truly amazing the difference a year makes.
Thank goodness for time.
