THIS HAS BEEN DOING THE BLOG ROUNDS SINCE TIME MEMORIAL but how could it not? With the most delightful little sweets packaged in the most lavish little ways, how could I not make a post about it? Or have it at the top of my itinerary? Or pay it a visit more than once in one day?
